CBIZ Valuation professionals are managing the increasingly complex health care operations, and our team of professionals are dedicated to working with clients to meet organizational goals while allowing them to continue to focus on their patients. The Health Care Valuation Group is working with hospitals, health systems, physician practices, ambulatory surgery, imaging centers, and other health-related organizations. Our team closely works with executives and clinicians to address specific areas of concern and streamline key organizational strategic, financial, personnel, and informational functions.
CBIZ is currently seeking a Health Care Valuation Senior Consultant to join our team.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Review Consultant work product and provide feedback
- Responsible for completion of engagements, including managing all aspects of project
- Conduct solid analysis; deliver solutions for internal and external clients
- Attain revenue objectives
- Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks with the time requested
- Participate in business development activities to include memberships in qualified organizations (alumni associations, chamber of commerce, networking groups, etc.) or regular business contacts with peers capable or eventually capable of referring potential engagements and cross serve opportunities
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior valuation experience specifically focused in the health care industry
- Prior experience working on fair market value of physician compensation, joint venture transactions, physician practices & related entities, or related entities.
- Prior client services experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, macros, filters, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses
- Must possess analytical skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
